Doula Package
The Platinum Doula Package is our premium package that provides an extensive amount of preparation, healing practices, and postpartum support.
FOUR PLATINUM Prenatal Visits
These 1 hour at-home visits include:
- One guided meditation session
- One birthing breathwork session
- Two Prenatal Yoga sessions
- 1 hour Child Birth Education class
- Partner prep 101 activity
- Daily Birth Prep Affirmations
- Formulate a detailed birth plan
- Review labor comfort measures
- Lactation Education
- Discuss any pregnancy updates
- Answer all your questions
Full-Time Communication Support
Making sure we give mom the attention she deserves. Communication with your doula at all times via call or text. We also go on call once mom is 37 weeks, until the end of labor.
TWO Postpartum Visits
(one hour each)
​Postpartum recovery is very important, for that reason we do an at-home postpartum visit two weeks after the labor to check on mom and how the breastfeeding journey is going. We also give all the tips and tricks on newborn care.
Full Time Labor Support
Complete doula support throughout all stages of labor! We provide a safe birth environment by setting a calming ambiance, motivate with words of affirmation, and bring along all the comfort tools to make sure mom is support physically for the entire duration.
Immediate Postpartum Support
(THREE hours after birth)
​We as doulas stay once the labor is finished to assist mom with her recovery, making sure the family is comfortable, and working together on the proper latching techniques for baby.
